-First Junior Year

My first season as a Junior – What an experience!

The Season 2024, one of my best and most succesful seasons!

I had a lot of success and my training really started to pay off.

In my first race of the season, in Obergessertshausen, Germany, I already was able to find the new pacing and adapt my skills on the longer and more technical tracks.

In my second race in Losinj, Croatia I was already able to finish as 7th, and I gathered my first few UCI points, which really motivated me for the upcoming races.

Towards the end oft he season I got sick again, we didn`t find out why for three months. But now we know and how to prevent for next season.

It`s safe to say that this year was very profitable for me learning wise, but I also had a lot of success, which made me really happy and motivated me to keep going.

• 3rd place C1 Zanzenberg
• 7th place C1 Losinj
• 6th place Austrian Championships
• 8th place C1 Stattegg
• 7th place C1 Windhaag
• Successful participation in the Junior World series
• 5th place MTB Leauge Austria

Trainingscamps this year

 In february, me and my sister were in Porec, Croatia for 2 weeks. There I prepared for the season while there was still snow in Austria. Furthermore we were in Finale Ligure this autumn for one week, with my family and good cycling friends. I really got to enjoy the trail paradise there.

One highlight, not exactly a trainingscamp was when a good friend of mine and me went to Grado, Italy from our hometown in Austria by bike, an awesome experience.

Conclusin

When I look back I can say, this was my best year, not only because I was so successful, but also because I had so much fun and could gather so much new experiences particularly in the Junior World Series. Furthermore I want to say Thank You to the Trek Talent Community, Kärnten Sport Kelag and the SSLK for supporting me throughout the whole year.
